If you want to qualify for this route you need to have an approved sponsor or employer in the UK.
You also have to meet the following:
• You must be aged 18 or over
• You have a job offer from UK based employer
• You need to have Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for the job you want to do
• You can demonstrate English proficiency i.e. at least CEFR level B1
• You are paid an appropriate salary
• You can financially sustain yourself without relying on public funds
• You have to provide criminal record certificate
• You should have a valid TB certificate
To be eligible for this visa you should have a valid job offer from a UK based employer who is approved by Home Office to act as a sponsor.
Following requirements also need to be met:
• Job should be eligible under skilled worker visa route.
• You should be paid at least minimum salary (£25,600) or ‘On going rate’ according to the
type of work you’d do
• Your employer/sponsor must be approved by Home office and hold valid sponsorship licence
